This project originally consisted of a small bathroom and one large bedroom. By completely redesigning the layout and creating new walk-through openings, we transformed the space into:
✅ A much larger bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower
✅ A separate, practical home office
✅ A comfortable bedroom leading off the office
✅ New French doors opening directly onto the garden terrace
Externally, the original bay window was removed and replaced with French doors. We then constructed a raised terrace, complete with a rendered finish and bespoke black railings.
The work included structural alterations, new partitions, plumbing, electrics, plastering, tiling, flooring and all associated finishing work.
A brilliant example of how an existing layout can be completely reworked to create more useful space—without extending the property.
